Rajan Krishnan is an Industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in senior management and leadership positions across different sectors. He started his career in Advertising with stints at Lintas, O&M and other reputed agencies. He then moved to the Asset Management Industry. With close to 2 decades of experience in the Asset Management industry and stints with Kothari Pioneer AMC, Zurich India AMC, Principal Pnb AMC etc Rajan is amongst the first few business leaders who helped shape the industry during its formative years. Rajan was also the MD of the Baroda Pioneer AMC where he helped set up the AMC business.
Rajan is currently the Founder & Director in a web based startup – Retyrsmart Advisory and Support Services (India) Pvt Ltd. The startup is focused on building an online community of older Indians through its portal Retyrsmart.com. This for-profit business is working towards helping older people enrich their retired life.
In an independent capacity, he is also currently in the process of building a practice focused on HR Development through Executive Coaching and Mentoring, especially in the Financial Services space. Rajan is formally qualified as PCC (Professionally Certified Coach) from ICF (International Coach Federation).

Sami has deep finance & leadership experience and has spent 20+ years in various finance leadership roles in multiple industries and across US, Europe, SE Asia, Mid East & Africa and India. Sami is also a board member in the Nielsen Catalina Services JV.
Sami has been with Nielsen since 2010, and has been in Finance Leadership roles with increasing responsibility. Nandip Vaidya is B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) from IIT, Mumbai and PGDM from IIM, Ahmedabad. He is member of the CFA Institute, USA (and its Indian counter-part) and Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), USA.
After over 25 years of work experience in financial services and management consulting in India, Prof Vaidya has found his calling in academics. He teaches courses in business analytics and quantitative techniques in Finance at Anil Surendra Modi School of Commerce, NMIMS. These courses are part of the NMIMS under-graduate programs of BBA and B.Sc. (Finance) and post-graduate program of M.Sc.(Finance).

He has also presented a paper on examining hypothesized performance of select Indian equity funds by constructing their portfolio using Markowitz mean variance optimization model without changing the underlying securities.
