Gaurav’s previous assignment was as Head of Marketing & Products and Sr EVP at UTI Mutual Fund. Gaurav worked at the intersection of consumer insights, data, digital, and product creation for UTI and provided leadership to four very diverse teams. He also led a large digital transformation exercise prior to the pandemic for the firm. He was a founding member of the AMFI financial literacy committee and led communication development on ‘ MF Sahi hai” campaign (a category growth initiative).
With close to three decades of experience and leadership stints with MetLife, Britannia Industries Limited-Danone group and PerfettiVan Melle, Gaurav will be a part of all the strategic initiatives of Finlabs that include Brand Positioning, Alliances and Partnerships both in Domestic and International Markets, Client Acquisition across various segments and Product Initiatives.
After completing his Bachelor of Engineering(Mechanical) from Regional Engineering College, Bhopal(MANIT) he went on to earn his PGDBM from XLRI,
