Role Description:
To lead project teams and ensure delivery excellence. Scrum Master-MS, Scrum Principles, Burndown Techniques, CICD, Problem Solving, Leadership, Decision
Making, Conflict Management, Kanban, Crystal.
Job Responsibility:
- Lead and manage internal and external development resources for assigned projects.
- Manage the scrumprocess; facilitate daily scrum,sprint planning,retrospectives and reviews; eliminate roadblocks for the team.
- Coaching team members to higher levels of maturity.
- Supporting the product owner, especially on refining and maintaining the product backlog.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Lead the team to develop the best technical design and approach for application development.
- Be able to govern multiple projects/customers and be the face to the customer for delivery escalations and improvements.
- Overall responsibility for on-time delivery and quality of applications.
- Has experience in writing and slicing features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Works with the Scrum teams to ensure product backlogs are prepared, refined, scoped, and appropriately prioritized.
- Should be able to assess a team or squad’s agile maturity and areas of improvement.
- Has a strong understanding of the standard SDLC processes.
- JIRA/Confluence experience.
Skills:
In addition to possessing good communication skills, being self-motivated, focused on customer satisfaction, and paying attention to detail, the candidate should have excellent knowledge and experience in the following technologies:
- SAFe Certified.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Amazon technology stack (Java, Spring Boot microservices).
- Storage concepts using Amazon S3.
- AWS certification will be good to have.
Experience:
- Experience in performing unit testing (JUnit)
- Load balancing using Amazon ELB and Amazon API Gateway
- Exposure to AngularJS, jQuery, Knockout.js, or Backbone.js.
- Swagger for API Stubs/Documentation
- Knowledge on Cache Data Protection using Redis
- Source Control using Bitbucket/GitHub
- Must have contributed to all phases of the development lifecycle (preferably a Full-stack developer).
