Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Operations & Relationship executive at Finlabs India Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The role involves managing, building, and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with MFD clients upselling and cross-selling the mutual fund products coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of services. The executive will also provide operational support, contribute to process improvements, and assist in project management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices (**should be from the finance/BFSI domain).
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- 1 – 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
