Role Summary
We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Junior Back Office Executive to support daily operational activities for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) using the Finexa platform.
The role primarily involves updating RTA data (CAMS & KFintech), performing regular reconciliation, assisting in MFD onboarding, and providing basic operational support and platform guidance.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Mutual Fund operations and fintech platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. RTA Data Processing & Reconciliation
- Download RTA data files from CAMS and KFintech portals.
- Upload data into MFD Finexa login as per defined process.
- Perform basic reconciliation between RTA data and Finexa records.
- Identify missing or mismatched transactions and report to seniors.
- Maintain daily upload and reconciliation tracker.
2. MFD Onboarding Support
- Create trial Finexa login for new/prospective MFDs.
- Assist in completing activation formalities.
- Support MFDs in registration process for:
- BSE Star MF
- NSE Invest
- MFU
- Follow up for documentation and completion of onboarding steps.
3. Platform Assistance & Basic Training Support
- Provide basic guidance to MFDs on:
- Uploading data
- Viewing reports
- Understanding dashboards
- Coordinate with senior team members for advanced queries.
- Escalate technical issues to internal teams when required.
4. Process Compliance
- Follow defined SOPs strictly.
- Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital records and trackers.
- Support audit or compliance-related data requirements when needed.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Mutual Funds (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes consistently
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
Qualification
- Graduate (Commerce / BMS / BBA preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in back office / finance operations
- Salary range – 15K-17K
