Role Overview
Finlabs is looking for a client-facing professional to manage and drive end-to-end client servicing, business development, and account management across its product suite — Finexa MF, Finexa GenNext, and FinAware.
This is a high-responsibility role in a fast-paced environment, requiring an individual who can manage clients, drive conversions, build relationships, and ensure seamless execution across teams. The role offers broad exposure across functions, with each day involving a mix of client interaction, strategy, execution, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across Finlabs products
- Manage the entire client lifecycle — onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Marketing) for timely delivery
Business Development & Lead Conversion
- Drive lead generation and conversion efforts across channels
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and discussions
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Proposal Development & Pitching
- Prepare structured pitch decks, proposals, and commercial documents
- Customize solutions based on client requirements
- Support negotiation and deal closure processes
Client Communication & Relationship Building
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients
- Build long-term relationships with AMCs, MFDs, wealth firms, and institutions
- Address client queries, feedback, and escalations effectively
Market Research & Strategic Support
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Track developments in fintech and wealth management
- Provide inputs for product positioning and go-to-market strategies
Documentation & Process Management
- Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and communication logs
- Ensure process adherence across CRM, reporting, and follow-ups
- Support internal documentation and compliance requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery
- Drive timely execution across stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of experience in Client Servicing / Business Development / Account Management
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in proposal creation and client presentations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
- High level of ownership, responsiveness, and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to fintech, wealth management, or financial services
- Experience working with AMCs, MFDs, or financial institutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and presentation platforms
