Finexa is a comprehensive, AI-powered business solution for Investment Advisors, Wealth Managers, and Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). The platform simplifies client management, reporting, financial planning, and performance tracking — all within a single interface. Finexa is offered both as a SaaS platform and an Enterprise solution, helping partners digitize their wealth management process with modular, customizable tools.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and highly persuasive Telecaller / Telemarketer with a proven track record in BFSI product sales or B2B inside sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead conversion, demo scheduling, and relationship management with financial professionals across India.

This role demands excellent communication, product understanding, empathy, and follow-up discipline. You will act as the first voice of Finexa, building long-term trust and ensuring seamless lead-to-demo-to-sale conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospect Engagement:

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads (MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers) generated via marketing campaigns, emails, and events.
  • Pitch Finexa SaaS effectively, highlighting its benefits, key features, and AI powered advantages.
  • Schedule product demos with interested leads and handhold them until successful completion.
  • Follow up diligently to ensure demo-to-sale conversion and manage lead tracking through CRM.

2. Sales Fulfilment & Onboarding:

  • Work closely with the Product Fulfilment Team for seamless onboarding post sale.
  • Introduce clients to the activation and support teams, ensuring smooth product setup.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins and satisfaction calls post-onboarding to strengthen engagement.

3. Client Relationship & Retention:

  • Maintain long-term client relationships through regular interaction and feedback loops.
  • Update clients on new features, enhancements, and renewal benefits via calls or WhatsApp.
  • Send timely renewal reminders and follow up for subscription fee collections.
  • Encourage referrals and repeat purchases through trust-based engagement.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales and demo targets.
  • Maintain accurate calling and follow-up records in CRM.
  • Share daily MIS reports with Team Lead on calls made, demos scheduled, and closures achieved.
  • Provide insights on lead response time, objections, and call performance to improve conversion.

5. Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on competitor products, pricing models, and trial offers in the SaaS-fintech space.
  • Capture client feedback, pain points, and feature requests to feed product improvement.
  • Identify emerging regions or advisor clusters with growth potential and recommend outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in B2B, fintech, or financial products).
  • Strong communication skills (English + regional languages preferred: Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, etc.).
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data calling tools, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Proactive, disciplined, and able to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends when required).
  • Comfortable handling large lead databases and achieving conversion KPIs

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience selling to MFDs, IFAs, RIAs, or wealth management professionals.
  • Prior exposure to AI-driven SaaS products or digital subscription platforms.
  • High emotional intelligence and client empathy.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data tracking.
