The Role:
We’re looking for a Client Operations Executive – FinAware, a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can keep our day-to-day operations running seamlessly. You’ll be at the heart of the action: managing client requirements, coordinating with on-ground partners, supporting training and onboarding on the FinAware portal, and ensuring smooth program execution. If you enjoy bringing structure to chaos, solving real-time operational challenges, and being the go-to person who gets things done, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily execution and operations of the Finaware product and client programs.
  • Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between internal teams, clients, and on-ground agencies to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Partner Management: Liaise with training agencies and partners to align schedules, requirements, and session logistics.
  • Platform Training: Conduct training sessions for partners and clients on how to use the Finaware product and portal effectively.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain trackers, attendance reports, and compliance documentation as per SEBI norms.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor program progress and ensure a high standard of delivery across all activities.
  • Process Support: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: B.Com / BMS / BBA graduate (0–1 year of experience and Male Candidates preferred; freshers welcome).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Comfort with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn the operational side of fintech.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
  • Attention to detail and passion for process excellence.
