Sudipto is responsible for providing the overall strategic & management leadership to the Company and is responsible for shaping the company’s vision especially with respect to business strategy, finance, investor relations, business development & new initiatives
Sudipto has an extensive experience of Indian financial markets with a career spanning over 25 years and having worked in diverse industries such as Financial Planning & Distribution, Asset Management, Life Insurance, Insurance Broking, Equity etc. He has worked across various functions like Product Development, Sales and Marketing, Treasury, Financial Accounting, Operations etc. but more notably has been leading businesses with complete P&L responsibility for over last 10 years. Prior to joining Finlabs, he was the MD at Principal Retirement Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and his previous stints included leadership positions in Principal Pnb Asset management, Principal Insurance Broking, Kotak Life etc.
He is a Chartered Accountant affiliated to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Cost Accountant.
